Liney PTFE Hoses/ PTFE Tubes/ PTFE Pipes
100% virgin PTFE tube are made by plunger extrusion of suspension polymerized PTFE resins. So that the fiber orientation, and after drying, high temperature sintering, shaping process and made of hose, usually packed in roll.
PTFE tubing is manufactured by RAM extruding method with PTFE granular resin.
Specifications
1. PTFE tubing:
OD: 0.5~25mm T: 0.1~2.5mm Length: Produced under requirements it is used to exectric insulated parts in high frequent conditions.
2. PTFE pipe:
OD: 25~250mm T: 1.5~8mm Length: 1M~8M
It is used for corrossive fluids, they are anti-corrossive with almost all chemical media, including nitricacid and sulphuric acid, besider, they may work properly in the temperature between 230 degree and 253 degree for a long period while other pipes could not meet this condition.
3. PTFE bushing:
OD: 25~2000mm T: 5~500mm Length: 100~300MM

Applications
PTFE Tubes areused as antisticking materials and high/low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties are widely used in chemical industry, machinery, automobile, chlor-alkali industry, electric heating pipe, pulp, steam, compressed gas, heat exchanger, paint, textile, medicine, pharmacy, bicycle, coffee machines and other industries, mainly used for catheter.
