PTFE ball is made of suspension polymerization of PTFE resin by compression molding processing. It has the features of: No mold line and burr on surface; With smooth surface; High quality and technology; Low friction coefficient (the lowest one in all solid body). It has good high temperature resistance; Strong chemical stability and can't be eroded by any chemicals; Its surface are not sticky, with excellent insulating performance; The dielectric constant is very stable in a broad frequency range; It has very good aging-resistant performance, not be influenced by oxygen, ozone, and ultraviolet; With low water absorption and noninflammability.

PTFE balls have excellent chemical corrosion and heat resistance features compared with other plastic balls.
